Does it answer my phone?
Not today — it works on your website, where it handles chat and voice in the browser. Routing a real phone number through it is a bigger build with its own monthly running cost, and we would rather tell you that now than surprise you later. If it is something you want, ask us and we will quote it properly.
What happens after twelve months?
You carry on month to month, or you stop. The twelve-month term is there because the setup is free — it is how the arrangement makes sense for us. There is no automatic renewal lock after that.
Who owns the website?
The content, your domain and your brand are yours, always. We host and maintain the site while you are with us. If you leave, we hand over your content and release the domain — we will not hold it hostage.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two weeks from the point we have your details, photos and service list. The slow part is normally waiting on your content, not our build.
What if I already have a website?
Most of the businesses we talk to do. The question is whether it does anything. If yours brings in work, keep it. If it just sits there, that is exactly what this replaces.
Is the $399 all I pay?
Yes, for everything on the included list. The domain is registered in your name at cost. If you later want something bigger — connecting it to your job management software, automating your quoting — that is separate work and we quote it before we start.
