Information you give us

When you submit a consultation, quote, assessment, partnership or contact request, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, business email, optional phone number, company size, industry, challenge, services of interest, optional budget range, timeline and message. We use this information only to review and respond to your request.

The AI assistant and demos

• Messages you type or speak to the Digital Mind Assistant, and text you enter into the live demos, are sent securely to our server and to our AI service provider to generate a response.
• This website does not store your conversations or demo inputs. They are processed to create a reply and then discarded by the website.
• Voice input uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. Depending on your browser, audio may be processed by the browser vendor's speech service. You can always type instead.
• Please don't share sensitive personal information with the assistant or in demos.

Information collected automatically

Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and to prevent abuse, including rate limiting. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool that records aggregate usage without identifying you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this website — for example our hosting provider, email delivery provider and AI service provider — under appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and server-side validation to protect it.
